QM_SaveMovie(movieRef):error
	movieRef	Longint	Movie reference
	error	Longint	Error result

Updates the movie file with any changes made to a movie instance.

Parameter movieRef is the reference to the movie instance. The movie reference must have been previously obtained with a call to QM_NewMovieFromFile.
