Cuts the content of a movie's current selection to the clipboard (and removes the selected segment from the movie).
Parameter movieRef is the reference to the movie instance. The movie reference must have been previously obtained with a call to QM_NewMovieFromFile.
If the specified movie is currently assigned to a movie plug-in area, the "cut" operation can be un-done by calling the QM_Undo command.
